Last week SA president Jacob Zuma met with Herman van Rompuy and José Manuel Barroso to discuss different subject. Obviously, the Climate issue was discussed and the leaders agreed upon to strive for ambitious and sustainable results at the upcoming conference in Cancun. I am a biologist and have worked as director in the Environment and Health Agency in the city of Karlstad, Sweden for a long time. Since the end of March 2011 I work at the Environment Court of Appeal in Stockholm. This blog is my private and have no direct connection with my work or my employer. My mother tongue is Swedish but I write in English as environment issues crosses all borders.
